In Bern, you should definitely try the Bernese onion tart and the Bernese platter. The region is also known for its beer and has the highest density of microbreweries in the world. If you like sweets, you should visit the Kambly factory in Trubschachen in the Emmental. In the factory's world of experience, you can taste many treats.
