Discover our idyllic, rustic garden house nestled in the green surroundings of Dietzhausen, a charming district of Suhl. Suhl, known as a 'feel-good city' and a popular local recreation area in the Thuringian Forest, offers the perfect backdrop for your getaway. Relax amidst nature in our cozy 40m² retreat, comfortably accommodating 1-4/5 guests. Situated on the edge of the village, the cottage is enveloped by a lush, green garden. Dietzhausen boasts a small shop for fresh bread rolls, a butcher, an outdoor swimming pool, and a Döner snack bar. For more dining options, nearby villages like Mäbendorf or Dillstädt, or the city of Suhl, offer various restaurants. During cooler seasons, guests can enjoy the cozy warmth of a wood-burning stove, which they operate themselves. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request. Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable double bed and a bunk bed suitable for two children (or even adults!). The bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to this area. Downstairs, in the living area, there's a pull-out sofa bed for 1-2 people and a fully equipped kitchen. This accommodation is a wonderful haven for unwinding, switching off, and recharging. It's approximately 9.3 km from Suhl city center. The village also has a train station. The immediate vicinity of the 'Gartenhaus - Dietzhäuschen' offers fantastic opportunities for hiking, cycling, and swimming in the summer. You'll have direct access to the Haseltal cycle path, leading towards Oberhof, Rohr, and Meiningen, making this an excellent base for cycling tours in the region. In summer, the village's outdoor pool invites you to cool off and enjoy a game of volleyball.
